Kính lạy Bà thánh Anna, là mẹ của Đức Nữ Trinh Maria, bà là sự sáng thiên hạ, vì sinh được con thanh sạch sáng láng hơn mặt trời mặt trăng; bà là đấng sang trọng bởi dòng vua Davít, cùng những thánh tiên-tri sinh ra mẹ Chúa cả cao trọng vô cùng.
Bà là đấng khiêm nhượng đầy nhân đức, cho nên ngưới được Đức Chúa Trời ban cho chức rất cao trọng là bà của Chúa Kitô. Bà như cây tươi tốt sinh nhiều hoa trái là nhiều phúc đức; bà như suối trong sạch làm cho người ta giản khát; bà như khóm văn côi gìn giữ hoa thơm.
Vậy chúng con hết lòng trông cậy cùng chọn người làm quan thầy, xin thánh nhân rủ lòng thương dạy dỗ giúp đỡ chúng con cho khỏi chước ba thù, cùng coi sóc đoàn con mọn này đang ở chốn khách đầy là nơi khổ ải; lại xin người hằng cầu bầu trước tòa Chúa cùng Đức Mẹ cực khoan cực nhân, cho chúng con được mọi ơn phần hồn phần xác, đến khi qua khỏi đời này được về quê thật; và xem thấy Đức Chúa Giêsu cùng Đức Bà Maria và thánh Anna đời đời chẳng cùng. Amen.

Prayer to Saint Anne
Dear Saint Anne, I praise God and honour you for having been given the grace to be the mother of the Blessed Virgin Mary and grandmother of our Lord Jesus Christ. Many who have implored your help have felt the happy effects of your goodness and powerful intercession. Encouraged by this thought, I humbly implore you, O good Saint Anne, to hear my prayer and obtain for me my request.

O loving Saint Anne, whose heart is ever full of human sympathy for those in trouble, pain or anxiety, have pity on me and grant me your favour as you have done for others in so many wonderful cases for the greater glory of God. Help me to know, love and follow Jesus by being a concerned citizen and an active member of His church and to reach heaven, there, to praise God with you forever and ever. Amen.

Good St. Anne, you were especially favored by God to be the mother of the most holy Virgin Mary, the Mother of our Savior. By your power with your most pure daughter and with her divine Son, kindly obtain for us the grace and the favor we now seek. Please secure for us also forgiveness of our past sins, the strength to perform faithfully our daily duties and the help we need to persevere in the love of Jesus and Mary. Amen.

O Lord, God of our Fathers, who bestowed on Saints Joachim and Anne this grace,
that of them should be born the Mother of your incarnate Son, grant, through the prayers of both, that we may attain the salvation you have promised to your people.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
