Lạy Nữ đồng trinh rất vẻ vang, hôm nay mọi nơi thiên hạ làm lễ kính Người, các thánh Thiên thần trên không khen Người, các đấng trên trời kính trọng Người, xin Người cầu cùng Chúa cho chúng con hằng vâng phục giới răn Đức Chúa Trời và xin thêm cho chúng con các nhân đức, cùng các sự lành khác.
Bà thánh Catarina cầu cho chúng con.
Đáng chịu lấy những sự Chúa Kitô đã hứa.
Lạy Chúa là Đấng đã ban cho bà thánh Catarina nên vinh hiển về ơn riêng đức đồng trinh và đức nhịn nhục, mà thắng trận các quỷ dữ cùng giữ lòng kính mến Tên Chúa cách vững vàng, thì xin Chúa ban cho chúng con bắt chước Người, để khi đã giày đạp sự trái thế gian cùng vượt khỏi các mưu kế giặc thù thì được đến nơi cả sáng Chúa bằng an. Vì Đức Chúa Giêsu Kitô là Chúa chúng con. Amen.

Lạy Bà Thánh Catarina đồng trinh, Bà sống ở thế gian chỉ hơn ba mươi năm, mà đã nên gương sáng cho các tín hữu về đời sống đạo đức thánh thiện, siêng năng cầu nguyện và hãm mình. Bà đã hòa mình vào cuộc sống hằng ngày, để đỡ nâng những người đau khổ, thăm viếng các bệnh nhân, thương giúp những người yếu đuối.

Eternal God, eternal Trinity, You have made the Blood of Christ so precious through His sharing in Your Divine nature. You are a mystery as deep as the sea; the more I search, the more I find, and the more I find the more I search for You. But I can never be satisfied; what I receive will ever leave me desiring more. When You fill my soul I have an ever-greater hunger, and I grow more famished for Your light. I desire above all to see You, the true light, as you really are.

Help us always to see in the Vicar of Christ an anchor in the storms of life, and a beacon of light to the harbor of your Love, in this dark night of your times and men’s souls.
