Kinh Đức Mẹ Hằng Cứu Giúp
Lạy Mẹ Hằng Cứu Giúp!
Con được đến khẩn cầu dưới bức chân dung Mẹ hay làm phép lạ, thì linh hồn con hết lòng trông cậy vững vàng, khác nào con thảo đối với Mẹ lành vậy.
Con thấy Đức Chúa Giêsu là Đấng Cứu Chuộc loài người, và cũng là Chúa con đang ngự trên tay Mẹ. Người là Đấng phép tắc vô cùng, là Chúa tể cầm quyền sinh tử, là Đấng ban phát mọi ơn lành.
Vì Mẹ là Mẹ Người, vậy Mẹ có đủ quyền thế mà kêu xin Người, cùng đủ quyền buộc Người phải ưng nhận lời Mẹ. Người đã xưng thật Người chẳng có thể từ chối Mẹ ơn gì, mà lại ước ao muốn nghe lời Mẹ xin.
Vậy lạy Mẹ Chúa Giêsu! Lời Mẹ cầu bầu rất đỗi thần thế, nên con dám nài xin Mẹ trong giờ khấn này, ban cho con như ý con xin.
Con hết lòng cầu xin và trông cậy vững vàng Mẹ sẽ chuyển cầu cho con.
Lạy Mẹ Hằng Cứu Giúp!
Xin che chở mọi kẻ thuộc về con, cho Đức Giáo Hoàng, cho Hội Thánh, cho nước con, cho gia đình con, cho kẻ tình nghĩa, kẻ thù nghịch, và hết mọi kẻ khốn khó. Sau hết cho các linh hồn đáng thương trong lửa luyện ngục.
Thánh Maria, lạy Mẹ Hằng Cứu Giúp, xin cầu bầu cho con.
Lạy Thánh Anphongsô, quan thầy bầu chữa con, xin giúp đỡ con trong những khi thiếu thốn biết chạy đến cùng Đức Mẹ Maria.

Prayer to Our Lady of Perpetual Help
O Mother of Perpetual Help, grant that I may ever invoke thy most powerful name, which is the safeguard of the living and the salvation of the dying. O Purest Mary, O Sweetest Mary, let thy name henceforth be ever on my lips. Delay not, O Blessed Lady, to help me whenever I call on thee, for, in all my needs, in all my temptations I shall never cease to call on thee, ever repeating thy sacred name, Mary, Mary.
O what consolation, what sweetness, what confidence, what emotion fill my soul when I pronounce thy sacred name, or even only think of thee. I thank God for having given thee, for my good, so sweet, so powerful, so lovely a name. But I will not be content with merely pronouncing thy name: let my love for thee prompt me ever to hail thee, Mother of Perpetual Help. Amen.
Act of Consecration to Our Lady of Perpetual Help
Desiring to consecrate myself entirely to the service of the ever Blessed Virgin Mary, from whom, after God, I expect all help and assistance in life and in death, I unite myself to the members of the pious archconfraternity, which has been erected in honor of Our Mother of Perpetual Help.
As my special patron I choose the the glorious Saint Alphonsus, that he may obtain for me a true and lasting devotion to the ever Blessed Virgin, Who is honored by so sweet a name.
I promise moreover, to renew my consecration to the Mother of God and to Saint Alphonsus at least once each month, and frequently to receive the Holy Sacraments.
Mother of Perpetual Help, receive me as thy servant, and grant that I may ever experience thy constant motherly protection. I promise to have recourse to thee in all my spiritual and temporal necessities.
My holy patron, Saint Alphonsus, obtain for me the grace of an ardent love for Jesus Christ and the grace of invoking our Mother of Perpetual Help. Amen.
