Lạy Chúa, trong thinh lặng sáng sớm hôm nay, con đến xin Chúa sự bình an, đức khôn ngoan và sức mạnh. Hôm nay, con muốn nhìn đời với đôi mắt yêu thương: biết thông cảm, hiền hòa, minh mẫn. Xuyên qua các hình dáng bên ngoài, con muốn nhìn các con cái Chúa như chính Chúa nhìn họ. Như thế, con chỉ nhìn thấy điều tốt nơi mỗi người mà thôi. Xin Chúa giúp con tránh nghe những lời vu cáo. Xin giữ miệng lưỡi con đừng nói những lời ác ý. Xin cho tâm trí con thấm nhuần các tư tưởng tốt lành. Xin cho con biết hòa nhã, vui vẻ để những ai đến với con đều cảm thấy sự hiện diện của Chúa. Lạy Chúa, xin mặc cho con sự tốt đẹp dịu hiền của Chúa, hầu con biểu lộ Chúa suốt cả ngày hôm nay với mọi người. Amen.

O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer you my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of your Sacred Heart in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father. Amen.

Most Holy and Adorable Trinity, one God in three Persons, I firmly believe that You are here present; I adore You with the most profound humility; I praise You and give You thanks with all my heart for the favors You have bestowed on me. Your Goodness has brought me safely to the beginning of this day. Behold, O Lord, I offer You my whole being and in particular all my thoughts, words and actions, together with such crosses and contradictions as I may meet within the course of this day. Give them, O Lord, Your blessing; may Your divine Love animate them and may they tend to the greater honor and glory of Your Sovereign Majesty. Amen.
Morning Offering of St. Thérèse of Lisieux
O my God, I offer Thee all my actions of this day for the intentions and for the glory of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
I desire to sanctify every beat of my heart, my every thought, my simplest works, by uniting them to His infinite merits; and I wish to make reparation for my sins by casting them into the furnace of His Merciful Love.
O my God, I ask of Thee for myself and for those whom I hold dear, the grace to fulfill perfectly Thy Holy Will, to accept for love of Thee the joys and sorrows of this passing life, so that we may one day be united together in heaven for all Eternity. Amen.
