Ôi Lạy Mẹ Fatima Vô Nhiễm Chí Thánh, Nữ Vương Mân Côi, giữa lúc nhân loại đang sa đọa trong
tội lỗi và chiến tranh đe dọa nền hòa bình trên thế giới, Mẹ đã hiện ra với các trẻ nhỏ ở Fatima để
ban cho chúng con một thông điệp cấp bách là hãy ăn năn đền tội, siêng năng lần hạt mân côi và cải thiện đời sống để thế giới có được hòa bình.
Xin Mẹ giúp chúng con ý thức và thực hành những mệnh lệnh của Mẹ hôm nay, để lòng thương xót và nước Chúa được hiển trị trên thế giới. Chúng con cầu xin Mẹ khơi dậy trong trái tim chúng con sự tha thiết yêu mến lần chuỗi Mân Côi, để nhờ suy niệm những mầu nhiệm Cứu chuộc được nhắc đến trong chuỗi Mân côi, mà chúng con có thể nhận được những ơn ích thiêng liêng và những nhân đức tốt lành. Chúng con cầu xin nhờ công nghiệp Chúa Giêsu Kitô, là Thiên Chúa và là Đấng Cứu độ của chúng con. Amen.
Lời cầu nguyện với Đức Mẹ Fatima
Lạy Đức Mẹ Đồng Trinh Fatima Trong tâm tình tạ ơn tình mẫu tử của Đức Mẹ, Mẹ đã nối kết tiếng nói của chúng con với tiếng nói của tất cả mọi thế hệ, chúng con xin dâng lên lời kính mừng Mẹ. Nơi Mẹ, chúng con xin dâng mừng tất cả các tuyệt tác của Thiên Chúa, Đấng luôn dủ lòng thương xót xuống cho nhân loại, một nhân loại bị đau khổ, bị tổn thương vì tội lỗi, để chữa lành và để cứu nhân loại.
Hôm nay trước bức tượng thân yêu của Mẹ, với tâm tình phó thác, chúng con xin tận hiến lòng mình cho Mẹ. Chúng con đoan tin, mỗi chúng con đều quý báu dưới mắt Mẹ và không gì trong lòng chúng con mà Mẹ không biết. Chúng con xúc động trước ánh mắt dịu hiền của Mẹ, trước nụ cười an ủi của Mẹ. Xin Mẹ gìn giữ đời sống chúng con trong tay Mẹ; Xin Mẹ chúc lành và củng cố tất cả mọi ước muốn tốt đẹp; Xin Mẹ thổi bừng lên và nuôi dưỡng đức tin chúng con; Nâng đỡ và soi sáng hy vọng; Khơi dậy và lay động đức ái; Hướng dẫn tất cả chúng con trên con đường thánh thiện. Xin Mẹ dạy cho chúng con có tình yêu hàng đầu Đối với những người nhỏ bé và nghèo khổ, Những người sống bên lề và những người đau khổ, Những người tội lỗi và những người đi lạc trong chính tâm hồn của mình; Xin kết hiệp tất cả chúng con dưới sự bảo trợ của Đức Mẹ và đặt tất cả chúng con vào lòng Con Yêu Quý của Mẹ, Chúa Giêsu, Chúa của chúng con. Prayer to Our Lady of Fatima
O Most Holy Virgin Mary, Queen of the most holy Rosary, you were pleased to appear to the children of Fatima and reveal a glorious message. We implore you, inspire in our hearts a fervent love for the recitation of the Rosary. By meditating on the mysteries of the redemption that are recalled therein may we obtain the graces and virtues that we ask, through the merits of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.
Prayer to Our Lady of Fatima
Mother of all individuals and peoples, you know all their sufferings and hopes. In your motherly heart you feel all the struggles between good and evil, between light and darkness, that convulse the world: accept the plea which we make in the Holy Spirit directly to your heart, and embrace with the love of the Mother and Handmaid of the Lord those who most await this embrace, and also those whose act of entrustment you too await in a particular way. Take under your motherly protection the whole human family, which with affectionate love we entrust to you, O Mother. May there dawn for everyone the time of peace and freedom, the time of truth, of justice and of hope. Amen.

The 5 Prayers of Fatima
1) The Fatima Prayer (Decade Prayer)
O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, lead all souls to Heaven, especially those most in need of Thy mercy. Amen.
Mary told the children that people should add this prayer to the end of each decade of the Rosary.
2) The Pardon Prayer
My God, I believe, I adore, I hope and I love Thee. I beg pardon for all those that do not believe, do not adore, do not hope and do not love Thee. Amen.
This prayer was given to the children by the Angel of Peace that visited them in 1916, the year before Mary appeared to them.
3) The Angel’s Prayer
O Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Ghost, I adore Thee profoundly. I offer Thee the most precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ present in all the tabernacles of the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and indifferences by which He is offended. By the infinite merits of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary I beg the conversion of poor sinners. Amen.
This is another prayer given to them by the Angel of Peace. There was a Eucharistic host and chalice suspended in the air, and the angel led them in kneeling before it and praying this prayer.
4) The Eucharistic Prayer
Most Holy Trinity, I adore Thee! My God, my God, I love Thee in the Most Blessed Sacrament. Amen.
When Mary appeared to the children for the first time on May 13, 1917, she said, “You will have much to suffer, but the grace of God will be your comfort.” According to Sr. Lucia, a bright light shone all around them, and without thinking about it, they all started reciting this prayer.
5) The Sacrifice Prayer
O Jesus, it is for the love of Thee, in reparation for the offenses committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and for the conversion of poor sinners [that I do this]. Amen.
Mary gave the children this prayer, as well as the Fatima Prayer/Decade Prayer, on June 13th, 1917. The prayer is meant to be recited when you are offering up suffering to God.
